Know why this post is entitled "Knocked Out by My Nunga-Nungas?" Cuz I just finished reading the book and I would like to comment bout it.

It's sort of a diary of a 14-year lass from Brit. It includes her wacky entries about her newky-found Sex God boyfriend, her cat, her parents.. And other entries about her life.

This one is a definite no-brainer book. It will stimulate you to imagine but as a Filipino (raised by morals and stuff..), you will have a hard time relating to the character of the book. Pansin ko lang, this girl has lots of experiences na though she's just 14 years old!

Funny siya kasi she relates all her "snogging" encounters with the luuurve of her life. AS IN, detailed! Haha! Na-stimulate nga ako nito ehhh... Hahahahahah!! She uses different terms like: ear snogging, car snogging, lip biting and stuff!!

Ok lang naman 'yung book, but if you're looking for sense in it, medyo mahihirapan ka nga lang. Maybe because di ko siya naumpisahan (Series pala to btw) kaya gulung-gulo ako sa mga names na binabanggit niya..! Plus, the author uses heavy brit slang words (though may glossary siya sa back..) kaya it so hard to use "context clues" kapag nagbabasa ka. Terms like snogging = means kissing; Och-Aye Land = means Scotland; Nunga-nungas = Girl's Bassomma's or girl's breasts. And other stuffs..

Hehe.. If you wanna have a good laugh, and maybe stimulate your imagination, then this book is for you. But if you're used to reading books like the alchemist, da vinci code.. Better think twice. Baka di ka rin maka-relate. Hehe..
